How we work

"Stick up" is one of the main issues for small, long piles. We can offer several methods to stabilize a conductor. The STS (Suction To Stability) method is one solution, a stabilisation frame could be another.

Also a vibro, in combination with a hammer, can be used to stabilize the conductor. Depending on the project and soil condition we can find the most effective solution to get the job done.

Hammers & Spread

In general, a small hammer is required. We use hammers starting at 100 kJ design energy. The additional equipment needed to operate the hammer can be adopted to the specific requirements of the project.

The main parameters are pile, soil and water depth where we can provide our experience from several different projects to find the best solution for you.

Our equipment is located on several yards worldwide. The main yards are in Germany and Singapore where we can also do the assembling of the equipment.

The equipment is  highly containerized which makes it easy to transport globally, if necessary.
