We are searching for an After Sales Manager (m/f/d) based in Kaltenkirchen.


Main Tasks:

• Organization and handling of internal and external repairs, as well as checking invoices

• Assessment of customer equipment and additional parts as part of the determination of the condition and deduction of necessary actions

• Consultant to customers incl. preparation of offers and order confirmations as well as providing all necessary Informations

• Managing and processing of diagnoses, maintenance and warranty cases for customer equipment

• Creating and providing documentation

• Invoicing and monitoring of open bills as well as creating forecasts

• Key account to customers in consultation with Sales Department

• Proactive customer support in coordination with Director of After Sales Services

Your Profile:

• Commercial and/or technical degree as well as PQE

• Several years of professional experience in area of ​​responsibility

• Good knowledge of mechanic, electric and hydraulic

• Willing to make decisions by taking into account incurred costs

• Structured, independent and responsible way of working

• Enjoying communication with business partners and colleagues

• Good knowledge in working with Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of an ERP system (MS Dynamics NAV)

• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English

• Willingness to travel
